- Supporting the Department of Media and Film Studies
- Involvement in organizational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation activities
- Independent participation in research projects and publications of the Faculty of Media and Film Studies as well as lecturing courses (including examination activities)
According to the collective agreement, the gross monthly wage is at least € 2,971.50 (14 salaries per year). Candidates with previous job-related experience, a starting salary of max. € 3,522.70 gross is possible.

REQUIRED LANGUAGESGERMAN: Excellent
Extensive knowledge of various scientific discourses in media and film studies are desired as well as sufficient skills to develop and participate in carrying out research projects, events and publications of the department.
Prerequisite for employment as university research assistant is a completed Diploma or Master's degree in Media and Film Studies or another subject relevant course.
