In order for the qualification and academic degree to be recognized, it is necessary to complete the nostrification of the university diploma and other documents proving the academic work of the scientist / researcher. However, for diplomas awarded between 6 June 1972 and 27 February 2000 inclusive, this need for nostrification does not apply. These diplomas are automatically equivalent to Czech diplomas without a nostrification procedure (more information here). Academic workplaces usually do not require nostrification of diplomas.
