Training or experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, ImageJ, Ilastik, SPSS, R, Python, and machine learning will be considered an asset.

A degree in Biotechnology or Biology is required, along with a master focused on the study of plant responses to biotic stress and experience in transcriptomic and metabolomic data analysis. A good command of English, as well as knowledge of bioinformatics and statistics, is essential. Previous experience working with spider mites or other phytophagous arthropods will be considered an asset.

Research position in a plant–pest interaction research group to work within the framework of a collaborative project with a private company. The contract may be extended. Potential to carry out doctoral research.
