CV, ATS & LinkedIn – Do’s and Don’ts for International Candidates

We offer a practical online webinar designed for international researchers and their family members whose contracts are ending and who are seeking employment in the Czech Republic or elsewhere in the EU. The webinar focuses on clear Do’s & Don’ts, explains how recruitment in the EU actually works today, and helps participants adapt their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and applications for non-academic employers.

The webinar addresses a frequent challenge among international researchers: despite strong qualifications, many struggle with EU recruitment practices, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS – automated CV screening systems), and non-academic employer expectations. The session provides clear, concrete guidance on how recruitment in the EU works today and how to adapt CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and applications for the non-academic labour market.
